Brian is a delivery partner with Redwoods Leadership Group. He is an Agile coach, a certified Scrum Master and a technologist with experience in high-tech, finance and healthcare. He has served at both large organizations such as J.P. Morgan and Sentara Hospitals and enjoys helping teams of all sizes collaborate, innovate and adapt. He specializes in helping leaders and their teams improve clockspeed, increase efficiency and become customer obsessed.

Brian and Kristin have two awesome boys: Henry and Charlie.
